Designer Collab | Tory Burch x FitBit

TB

Since it’s August, I am only one month away from the half marathon I’m training for! I am totally excited and planning to really kick the training into high gear over the next 30 days. I have reached 10 miles and I think focusing on the diet side of things over the next month should definitely help with getting those last couple miles. Sarah, from A House in the Hills, is dedicating the month of August to clean eating. It is very inspiring to see bloggers like Sarah take a step away from the usual style posts to talk about healthy lifestyle changes and the support she’s receiving is so motivating. Follow along on the clean eating journey by checking out her Pinterest board of recipes and blog post here!

And to track the exercise end of things this month, I have been debating investing in some Nike iD gear or a Nike+ Fuelband bracelet (I’m particularly in love with this chic SE Gold band edition). One of my friends recently purchased one of these Fuelband bracelets and it’s so nice. She uses this bracelet every day and it tracks all of her movements, ensuring that she knows how active she has been. She told me that she used a coupon from Raise to save some money when she purchased it. That’s worth keeping in mind. However, when I saw Tory Burch’s recent collaboration with FitBit, I of course was impressed with her take on a typical fitness bracelet. The gold bangle above is actually a hinged bracelet that you simply disguise your FitBit Flex with. The brass pattern features the signature Tory Burch fretwork so the bangle can be incorporated into your every day office-wear or even in a weekend look – all the while, you’re tracking movement & calories burned. Brilliant.

The bracelet is only available via Pre-Order at the moment as the collection is so new. They’re expected to ship by end of October so it may be worth just getting the FitBit for the time being while waiting for the gold bangle to arrive! If you’ve been considering getting a Fitbit for a while, take a look at https://blog.mobilemob.com.au/. They’ve got reviews and feedback on the different models Fitbit have, hopefully giving you a better insight into which one you’d like!

Have a happy, healthy Saturday!

xoxo,
KMK
