Pretty excited about going to a celebration for Jerry Garcia tonight – from Grateful Dead. Of course, I’m already thinking, “what does one wear to a Grateful Dead tribute night at a bar?…” I’m so wishing these pieces were in my wardrobe right now for the weekend.
I’m seriously crazed over these Mother jeans. I can’t get over how perfectly dyed they are and with such pretty colors – not in a tacky, backyard dye party kind of way.
These ripped jeans from Rag & Bone are also a super great edgy option for someone not as adventurous in terms of printed pants. Not too many tears that they look too daytime-y and I think pairing a light wash jean like this with a darker top and heels transforms it into a great piece for night.
Have you noticed what a big trend these Tiger shirts are right now? I’d love to do a Tiger Round Up next week since I’ve been seeing so many great dresses, tops, and sweaters featuring a oversized tiger cameo.
And these Cairo sandals from Just Fab would be perfect for a tribute night. Many hours of standing at a bar become a lot more tolerable in a chunkier heel (and of course after a few tequila sunrises…) The mixed straps on these heels are very fun and keep the sandal from going overboard on the animal prints- which is a huge faux pas in my book.
Seriously wish that everything I pinned on Pinterest could miraculously appear in my closet sometimes!
xoxo,
KMK
