X Games 2014 Aspen, Colorado Series: Casual Winter Outfit

I am so excited that the X Games Aspen 2014 are starting up so soon – January 23 to be exact. I love watching all the snowboarding clips, even some of the skiing. What I would give to be heading to Aspen right now for a week of vacation, snow, boarding, drinking, relaxing… ah, heaven. Sadly, since I’m not attending this year (but it is on my bucket list) I will just comment on the events of the competition via my blog.

So to start off my X Games Aspen 2014 series right, I’ve put together a little outfit post of exactly what I would love to be wearing in Aspen this week. This outfit is perfect for any wintery day. The pretty silver and white palette is so darling for the winter. I’ve paired the look with silver & clear quartz jewelry by Ippolita. And can we just take a moment to admire the fur trapper hat & Eskimo booties by Calypso St. Barth?!?! They are too cute for words (and currently on winter clearance so I’m feeling quite tempted to snag them!).

Stay warm & stay tuned to the Winter X Games! As usual, I’ll be keeping a special eye out for my favorite male slope style snowboarders, Marc McMorris and Sage Kotsenburg. They’re so talented and very entertaining to watch :)
