Friday Favorites

TGIF! I’m participating in the Fab Friday Favorites meet up over at Stylelixir today by listing my style favorites from the past week. Leave yours in the comments below if I’ve missed any good ones!

1. The Fancy Pants Report – 

Love this blog I’ve just recently stumbled upon thanks to VMAC & Cheese. The photos & outfits are so simple and perfect. Love the clean look of her site and how it draws your attention to the details in her looks. I love the author’s quote on her “About Me” page. “No matter what the style, dressing well feels good,” Kate. Check her site out!

2. Zara Mini Skort –

I saw this skort a couple weeks ago when I spent the weekend shopping in Philly. It is seriously so adorable to see a skort making such a comeback! It’s seriously been worn by practically every style blogger I follow. Each has dressed it differently – and my favorite pairing was by blogger Styled Avenue. She works the white skort perfectly into her summer outfit of the day.

3. Essie’s Cute as a Button Polish –

This has been the perfect coral nail polish color for this summer. It’s just pink enough to look feminine and pretty. It’s also got just enough orange to steer clear of that gag-me-now bubble gum pink.

4. Neon –

Didn’t think I was ever going to embrace this neon trend. However, while shopping in King of Prussia over the weekend, I was so chilled from the AC that I actually had to buy a sweater just to stay indoors! Found a neon top in Forever 21 on sale for only 9$ and I figured, what better way to test out a trend that I was unsure of than with a cheap purchase that it’d be hard to regret. I actually ended up loving that I could pair this with a simple pair of white shorts. It looked really cute and perfectly bright for the blisteringly hot summer day.

5. The Zoe Report –

I signed up for the Zoe Report this week and I have loved every email they’ve sent me thus far. Each Zoe Report newsletter is packed with info about beauty, style, accessories – and each is a fresh take on topics I’m already interested in. Definitely an email subscription that you won’t regret!
